I have yet to use my warranty but I love what the plans comes with

have not had to use this service yet for this appliance. When I call to talk to them hold times are long.... but the team themselves are very good.

It’s a nice refrigerator, but does not have the room like my previous one.

It came in handy after 3 years, and I did not pay a penny to get my refrigerator fixed

Purchased in the past for my laptop. Best Buy performed as expected. This is the only refrigerator/oven warranty I've found that covers the internal computer (which is the most likely part to break).

You spend all this money on new appliances why wouldnt you protect yourself by buying this...also you dont have to deal with the manufacturer or if you have a home warranty those bozos. Love geek squad.

Gives me a piece of mind. It doesn’t look like I will be using this, because the machine is doing wonderfully. But is always smart to get it.

Renovated our house and purchased total tech and all new appliances. Typically don’t buy warranty plans but with 20% off and the cost of appliances and service calls it made sense.

You never know when something can go wrong even when the item is brand new. Added security was best investment. 6 month old microwave broke down and geek squad was out to replace quickly.

The agents installed the dishwasher and removed the old washer. Very neat and clean. On time and very efficient They were very professional.
