I was supposed to get an exchange for my microwave but the lack of communication was horrible. I was told completely different things after they attempted to deliver my microwave and was informed they would not take down my old non working microwave and would have to pay them to install my new one because they could not fix it and I paid for the 5 year warranty on it.

So far no complaints. Geek squad as been very helpful in helping me questions as far as my computer all the way to my thermostat.

The Geek Squad installed my induction electric cooktop, explained how to use it and the five year warranty gives me the protection we need.
