Great warranty helpfully and easy to use and best decision ever

I'm not sure yet if paying extra would benefit yet for the total protection. I should have stuck with just extended coverage so I know what I have.

No questions asked I needed this protection plan. I feel confident that for the next five years I’m covered. Fully recommend.

We havent had to use this yet and hopefully wont. We dont typically get a warranty but home appliances tend to have more issues than other items we buy.

When you spend money on something, you need the protection plan. So when we bought our new Samsung stove we knew we needed the plan.

I've used my Geek Squad service on an LG washer and dryer and it saved me more than the cost of the 5-year protection plan for one visit. Highly recommend it for any major appliance purchase.

Plans are a must on big ticket items. I always get the extra warranty plan from Best Buy and it has helped many times when items go bad

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher that included the protection plan. After installation I received an email that directed me to get the plan details. Upon clicking it, I was unable to access the plan. I then logged on to my Best Buy account online and noticed that no protection plan was shown. I called Best Buy. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and speaking to 11 different people, I was told that my protection plan was indeed in force, but it couldn't be shown on my online account since my online account was listed under my home phone and my protection plan was listed under cell phone. But the real kicker is that the two profiles cannot be combined. So Best Buy, who claims to be a tech company, can't elctronically combine two profiles simply because of different phone numbers. They told me I should have made sure the telephone number I gave them at the time of purchase agreed with my Best Buy account. I might have done that if they would have told me that at the time of purchase. I wonder what would happen if I changed phone numbers in the future?

I paid for the geek squad insurance and haven’t used them yet. Guess what?! Don’t need them at least for now. Hope will not in 5 years guarantee.

With as much trouble as we've had with dishwashers, we figured this would be a good purchase. Hopefully we don't have to use it.
