We always get great support from the Geek Squad, and always get it with big ticket purchases.

Bought a fridge that was a lemon, Geek squad has been nursing it along for the last 5 years.

Oven was on sale so I bought the warranty for peace of mind .. .. no worries for 5 years. A simple service call would be over $100 with trip fee, labor fee, and parts.

Great protection. At least 3 times it has allowed me to replace defective items thus has all but paid for itself.

I have used this service for several concerns and I have been very impressed that everything was always done well.

Always, I mean Always get protection when you can.

I always cover my electronics with a warranty and these have come in very handy for me in the past. I've always had great experiences and they get the products fixed.

Geek squad installed my stove fast and helped me with any questions I had during their visit. Definitely will use them again.

Geek sqaid service is a most for most equipment that you can add it they provide great customer service.

My kitchen aide dishwasher is very quiet and works great! I could not ask for a better one. I have had three in the past 10 years and this one by far is the best!!

Extended protection on premium products, give u peace of mind if it broke or replace if it can’t be fixed.

When we purchased new appliances we also purchased service plans. These are cost effective plans to assure continued high performance of your investment.

Haven't needed to use it, but the item I bought had an issue for some purchasers, so it was a decent backup plan.

always had Geek Squad protection for everything I have ever bought at Best Buy. Always paid off in the end

Hopefully, we won't need this but if our item dies early like our last one then we will be covered.

I don’t know what to say…. They came in, they install it and left. So no complain so far…they were professional.
