    Extremely bad customer service. I purchased a microwave and did a 3 year geek squad. When the magnetron busted in the microwave they wanted to do a replacement of the entire microwave. I said ok. They did not do a proper haul away, there was no customer service clearly explanining why my purchase was no getting fullfilled.

    The control board is not always responsive when it comes to the oven or stove top cooking method gets to hot for the board. The numbers or letters become unreadable.

    This is a standard offer. The value of the stove this is tied with came together as a good offer. As a stand alone offer this could be better. Certain competitors offer a 70% refund when not used and the price is certainly too high again compared to others. I trust geek squad and know that if I have an issue it will be addressed.

    I think Best Buy extended warranty is a great for appliances. You just call them when you need service.
