I have had the Geek Squad protection in the past and Best Buy has done a fantastic job with our products. If something needed to be fixed, it was done in a timely fashion. We have had a dryer stop working and Geek Squad replaced it at full value nearly 5 years after the original purchase. I would highly recommend getting the protection plan!

I told this story with my dishwasher review, but here goes again!!! GET THE WARRANTY! I've never bought a warranty for a single thing in my entire life... until now. And? I needed it! When the guys installed my dishwasher the screws ended up digging a groove in my button panel. I was freaking out and really worried there would be no recourse or they would accuse us. They didn't. They sent the guys back to check it out within days. Then they left the old one until my new one arrived! They came back and set it up... good as new. No headache, no fighting, no nothing. Quick and easy. I just bought my washer from BB with the warranty and will do the same with my dryer too! Why use anyone else after having such a good experience.
