I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

I should not have had this use this service since the dryer is brand new and only 3 months old. I did have to call in a request. The Service Repair Specialist was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I recently used a geek warranty & they completely stood behind their word. I have purchased other warranties that said That would & they would do would Best Buy did but did not. Best Buy geek warranty is great.

I was told by some reps that I talked to that I would get some kind of paperwork. All I got was a receipt and no paperwork. The geek squad behind the counter told the clerk that is all I needed. I would like some kind of documents stating what is and what is not covered. Not really crazy on how the whole thing happened.

I tend to buy warranty for my products, it gives me a sense of security in case anything happens. Will definitely continue to do so for my other products!!

Have used the service I will have to recommend it to anyone purchasing anything from best buy
