The lid on my Washing Machine cracked & over time made it so then it was in operable it wouldn’t lock anymore. I called Geek squad and they were very easy to deal with, and got me set up for a tech to come and check it out. lives would the tech arrived, he said that entire lid would have to be replaced and that he would order one should be about two weeks out. After waiting three weeks and not hearing anything I called to check status and they said that it had been pushed out due to being an OEM part I waited another few weeks, and when the part got pushed back again, the geek squad called me and offered a brand new machine. I took them up on that and waited about two more weeks before my brand new machine was Delivered.

Okay so normally I write a review right away but I wanted to use this a good bit January was a year I have not had any problems with this and so far it has absolutely been a great dryer easy to use drives my clothes in excellence not too dry not under dried it has a sensor on it that will reset the timer either way it needs to go I love it as a matter of fact I am in the process of making plans to go get the matching washing machine even though I don't need one my other one is 34 years old but I think it's time I deserve a new one.

Typically, we don't buy into service plans, but buying the 5-year protection plan is sound advice. It's economically logical when you consider the cost of service calls these days. I could pay for itself with just one call.

Smooth delivery and install. The team was top notch, professional, efficient, and caring about our home (insured no wall gouges, etc.). I don't usually buy "additional warranty protection, but I purchased the Geek Squad Protection on a dishwasher year ago and it proved to be very beneficial.

I noticed the efficiency on this washer after the first use, my whites were the whitest I’ve seen a long time. Clothes come out of the spin cycle humid to the touch. I can fit two king size comforters in one cycle. I love my washer. Recommend it 100%.
