I honestly never had to use the extra warranty i hope when time comes and i have to use the extra warranty it won't be disappointing

Bought warranty for my one day old washer and was installed by bestbuy staff. Day later it broke. Wasn't flowing water. Best replaced it with 2/3days and got a brand new one! I think it had a bad seal or o-ring

I buy all my major appliances from Best Buy. One of the reasons I do this because of the Geek Squad Protection. It's not very expensive and it's not hard to use when you have break downs with electronics or appliances.

The agents delivered as they should have. My appliances were taken where they should have and installed as they should have.

i PRICED OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES BEFORE I BOUGH THE DRYER. BEST BUT HAD THE BEST PRICE. HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE IT BUT KNOWING IT IS THERE GOOD TO KNOW

In order to be safe I got insurance on the washer, in case if anything goes wrong, so far so good nothing happens. Love my washer, especially the top load.

Haven't had to use it, but good coverage is listed. Always had good luck when I needed to use them in the past. Pricing is a bit high, it's gone up a bit recently. Must have for a washer/dryer though.

Thankfully haven't had to use this yet. It is peace of mind do to the expense of appliances nowadays. I wouldn't purchase a major appliance without it.

Immediately purchased in case there were issues. Had a concern with the dryer. Technician came out shortly after the installation and resolved the issue

Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

Great service plan. I have used this type of plan for my iPad and Best Buy was great. Great service from the staff. I highly recommend this service plan.
