Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

I paid $99 to have the freedom of 5 years warranty and if they can't fix it they will give me new one I know if some one leaves puts extra clothing for detergent or sudden stops will go bad BUT not anymore !!!

Got this new washer, does alot of stuff i wont use. But you have to have the extended warranty. At least i do. Just in case. Hopefully wont need it. But got 3 years of coverage.

Hopefully I will not need the Geek Squad protection, but it is comforting to know that I will only need to deal with them in case of a repair, and not have to rely on customer service with the manufacturer.

I really like the piece of mund it is to have a warranty on such a crucial appliancein the house. Not a worry it going to fail next year.

I have purchased washers and dryers from Best Buy over the years and the warranty on the washer has always paid itself off. I would recommend at least buying the warranty on any washer purchased.

Get the geek squad warranty. you are crazy if you do not. I have buy everything at best buy.......everything and I have used the warranty a lot.

Geek Squad 5 year protection is a must in 2021. I have saved $$ because of having my appliance covered.

I would rather pay a little more now for a piece of mind then paying for it later and a lot more. 20 yrs ago I would say no, but now. Way too many little electronic components to go wrong.
