great protection plan! Hopefully we will not have to use it any time soon.

We just purchased the service plan for some appliances we wanted and because we have been with BEST BUY for years we are confident that it will meet our needs.

Haven't used them yet but hopefully all good. Just bought it in case I need it in the future.

They did an ok job installing my washer. Did quite get it leveled right. I had to have someone else to come out and get it leveled.

The guys at Geek Squad always assist and are responsive. The cost is small amount worth the value that is delivered and not having to worry.

The agents connected my devices but there was a problems with the washer hook up second time cold and hot water lines not installed correctly... Third time washer replaced fine

Since my plan began 9/12/17, I feel my evaluation done on 11/17/17 would be a bit premature and would tend to err on the side of being slanted as over optimistic which I am sure you can understand. The point is I am glad I bought it.
