This dryer had issues... my warranty is up and the dryer has torn up for the second time in 4 years.... dang I wish I would have purchased the 5yr warranty

The Geek Squad Squad crew is great but the scheduling and management and needs some work in as much as they need to be able to be contacted easier and schedules need to be more flexible

The LG washing machine was delivered on time and in good order.

Delivery men came with the ordered parts I added to my bill hooked up everything …. Make sure you always purchase a warranty .

I was told that the representative was going to install the new device and pick up the old one. But neither one of these things happened

Haven’t needed to use it but glad to have it just in case.

With any major purchase you need protection on your investment

I had to get the protection plan just incase my product breaks down

Crazy not to add geek squad warranty. Nothing seems to last long enough not to need it.
