I don't mind buying geek squad protection from best buy. They are always a reasonable price and with how much electrionics can go bad on appliances these days, I like having the extra protection.

I usually uy and extended warrantin everything I buy at Best Buy they do work when you have a problem

With out the geeek squad coverage am not gone buy any thing

Purchased 5 year protection plan for each of the three purchases: washer, dryer, and washer pedestal. Have not used the plan yet, as the three items, I have only had for approximately 1 month.

I am so happy we purchased this warranty. It is such a peace of mind. Haven’t had to use it but knowing it’s there is a good feeling.

Best service around hands down they are on time and do great work

I sold the home with the unit when it was a little over a year old so this review is a moot point.

I highly recommend getting purchasing an extended warranty to protect your investment

The agents installed this new washer and dryer for us and we have never had any problems with either of them. Great purchase and great geek squad!

I haven't used it yet, but I have heard great things. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but feel better having the service.

Highly recommend. My washer shorted out after a thunderstorm just 3 months after purchase, They replaced both motherboards.

Love the warranties with Best Buy. In the past I would never but based on how the other warranties have worked out when needed this is a must. Hopefully I never need it but if I do...

I bought the pair for an upgrade and couldn't be happier.

Having this service gives me good peace of mind. I have no doubt that they will be able to help with anything that goes wrong...if it does.

Don't have to worry about the appliance breaking down and costing me money to fix it. It will also be replace if it can't be fixed.

Got this after a really bad experience with the installation of my washer that didn’t work. So I prefer to pay for this, just to be sure that I’ll be covered in case the washer stop working.

Delivery was as expected. Delivery was fast & efficient

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.
