    Most of the time it is easy to schedule but sometimes parts have to be sent and they have to have a second visit to fix the appliance.

    Please, please get protection. You never know what might be defective or something. Exta cash but worth it. Ge squad will replace or fix products at no cost.

    Having a protection plan is always beneficial. I purchased a dryer and when I had a problem Geek squad came out with no problem.

    Please be advised, as we were at Best Buy, that this must be purchased in order for your warranty not to void! Very important. Too, great & reliable piece with no issues. Recommend.
