Needed this for my washer and dryer. Called multiple times. The repairman gave me some valuable tips.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about my WiFi no matter how stupid they might be. He corrected the problem.

It's great to have insurance on case something goes wrong. And Geek Squad is so good at taking care of things!

Did not notice that this was a high efficiency unit. Normal Cycle is 90+ minutes...uses less water but needs 3 times the electricity to complete a cycle. Plus we need to add scent boosters to get that clean scent. If you keep the load size small that helps.. But I have 3 kids, bought to save time washing fewer loads.. For the price, not impressed. It does alert your phone, if set up, at end of cycle which I love.

We purchased the plan and one of the units had a minor issue. The plan covered the repair. It's worth it!

I got suckered into buying this warranty. Best Buy claimed to have great service. That’s why I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a refund on the accessories for a gas dryer we had canceled. Like why would I want to keep the gas accessories if we can’t do a gas dryer. Waste of time with Best Buy.

I bought the 3 year extended warranty for my washer. I like the fact you can buy an extension warranty for a reasonable cost. I won't know until I have to use it whether I like it or not. Time will tell.

Works great wash clothes good, digital controls tells whwn machine is unbalanced dryer worka great.

For peace of mine knowing you will not have a problem if repair is necessary is a great relief.
