    Best Buy has the best geek squad protection programs available. Sears used to be ok but BEST BUY is the best!

    My LG dryer purchased at Best Buy is barely 9 months old and has been replaced once (after only 1 month in service) and broke again 10 days ago. I called Geek Squad to schedule repair appointment the morning after breaking and was given the first appointment...8 DAYS LATER. I took the morning off from work so I can wait for my 4 hour window of service. Wouldn't it be nice if GS could give the customer a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance??!! I regret purchasing LG but that's a separate review. Geek Squad please come up with a more reasonable repair schedule. I have spent $75 at the laundry to have my clothes washed/dried as well as hung numerous loads outside. Ironically, I purchased a very expensive dryer to perform that chore for my family! Not happy with LG or Geek Squad:(

    Washer was under warranty, but it took over a month and multiple orders to get various parts. Geek Squad eventually replaced with a new washer.
