    The units look great but after they started working for a few weeks the dryer doesn’t dry as it should and some of the clothes is do for another cycle

    They only cover delivery/install for repairs/replacements if you have the original delivery/install done by them. They require you purchase new hookups for them to install. A bit annoying but understandable. It's a bit too early to tell on the service for the protection but I've had good experiences thus far with other geek squad coverage.
