This is a joke. I wasn't made aware that I was paying to be outsourced. I have had nothing but problems with the Maytag dryer snd the techs (yes, i have had to xall several times) dont know what they're doing plus they dont know how to order parts or what to do with them once tgey get them

Sometimes if you purchase brand new appliances it's not recommended to includes this plan.

Geek squad is ok I wouldn’t say the best at what they do if you have a problem.

I give a one star because there wasn’t an option for zero stars. I had geek squad protection on my old dryer and it broke down. I fought with bestbuy for two months to get it fixed. It was found to be unfixable and I got credit to get a new one. When I went to the store they refused my credit and sent me away. Causing me to fight to get that fixed. Also anytime you call best buy plan on being oh hold for an hour or more. It’s a joke and bestbuy is a joke.

I brought this washing machine in January 2024,now it leaking from the bottom called bestbuy mind u still in warrant and their saying to me call whipool for repairs,then when you call u on hold fir over a hour,getting tired of bestbuy

Barely had a year and now it holds my clothes hostage and doesn’t rinse or spin them. Rather disappointing for what these cost!

Got it haven't used it, only time will tell but hopefully will never need it

at five years, appliance broke. hassle to get fixed, service to fix unreliable. took about 2 weeks to get someone out to look at it, then another month to get them out to fix it, this was after one appointment being a no show. rethinking where i will be buying my next appliances and warranties

Purchased a whirlpool cabrio washer and the worst product ever. i only had for 6 years and the bearings are gone. The Geek Squad coverage only covers if the manufacturers warranty still covers the item. we were told the parts are not covered even though the warranty states the machine is covered though 2024. Be careful!!

The installers hooked up new washer dryer said it is defective and they left it not working got in their truck and left without communicating anything to me. I called geek squad as I had purchased 5 year protection plan and they told me to find my own tech since they had nobody available for several weeks.

I normally skip these warranty programs but dryer parts are expensive. It's odd to pay for something and hope you don't need to use it.

acquire it because it is a digital and electronic washing machine. and the microwave too

too early to tell if the geek squad purchase will be beneficial.

The dryer part of my new very expensive LG washer/dryer now does not work properly. I called and have to wait until April 16th for someone to come out!!! That is 21 days of a dryer not working properly that could even cause a fire or something for all we know.... faster service is a MUST!!
