    We paid for a five year plan. Our LG washer started rusting in under a year, and they won’t cover it. They say they don’t cover rust. I’ve lived here for 17 years and this is my third set and the only piece that has ever rusted and in only 1 year. I won’t buy geek squad (no) protection again.

    I initially purchased my dryer and coverage in 2022. Since then ive had to have 3 dryers delivered to my condo due to poor customer service. There has always been a lack of communication on product availability and just poor customer care. I would definitely not recomment both

    I payed a lot for this, hoping that if I EVER had issues with this washing machine that geek squad would make it easy, they don't, they expect me to deal with whirlpool for the first year, I bought it from best buy, best buy should be dealing with selling bad products!

    Geek Squad is an awesome concept in theory; however, I needed them to come fix a dryer that they delivered broken (mind you I paid for a 5 year protection plan) and they were unable to help me because there are not any Geek Squad members near my location. Ridiculous!

    when I called in for service, I was told there was no available times EVER and that they do not service in my area. I live 2 miles from the store, and this is unacceptable.

    Took forever to schedule geek squad to see if the machine would fit or work after it was delivered. Canceled appointment and returned machine.

    Had this washer for one year and I have had to repair it. Now they are replacing it. Said it couldn't be fixed. And this has not been easy. I have been going back and fourth since Jan. And here it is May and still do not have a working Washer.

    Terrible service! Dryer disaster!

    Our 1 year old whirlpool dryer stopped working and geek squad has been a terrible experience for us after going for almost 2 months with no dryer, 5 appointments (3 of which they called to postpone) they have only gotten it working to 70% of continued drying. I’m afraid we might have wasted our money on this seems like they aren’t as knowledgeable and as good as they claim to be. Truly disappointed. I would give it no stars if I could.

    wont honor their warranty as promised. Said they don't know when they can get to my washing machine because of where I live??? shouldn't they have ask about that when I paid for all the warranties on all the appliances?

    Not very happy because tech came twice and asked to get replacement but store sale did not gave us any reasonable replacement.

    Did not use a stud finder

    In the past, the geek squad has sent out knowledgeable people to my house. However, they did not use a stud finder before cutting a whole into my ceiling and thus cut a whole where a speaker would not fit.
