    Geek Squad did not respond. They are useless! Spent $1800 plus for useless appliances and useless service contract. Don’t pay for the 3 year coverage. It’s a joke. I’ve only used the appliances twice and had problems with both.

    Horrible service. Team member says my plan is "maxed out" but they still haven't fixed the problem. Do not buy this plan......

    One again this LG washer and Dryer took from September 2019 to December 2019 ... Communications were NOT GOOD!!!!

    The fastest they can make it out to fix a product that is two months old is in nine days and this is two weeks after the first call

    I bought this not understanding what I needed. I can’t even use the Best Buy geek squad while my washer is under manufacture warranty!

    Bought a lg washer few months ago day one having smell issues best buy send technicians few times couldn’t do anything now iam out of return period and they can’t exchange so no more best buy for me they lost a very loyal customer

    Worked good for maybe 3 days the it was pouring water out into floor like it wasn't going into tub it was opened box I think it had alot more wrong with it than we were told

    What is the point of having a service plan if you can’t get the service they advertise when you purchase the product. Horrible automated phone system. You can never reach anyone, it’s like going in an endless loop of frustration!

    I am currently having trouble with my dryer and every time I call the number to set up an appointment the automatic services hangs up on me.

    I returned the dryer to Best Buy, and even though I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, the did not offer to help with the install.

    Our Geek Squad installation team never showed up. :( We ended up carrying the washer and dryer up our stairs by ourselves and installing everything by watching YouTube.
