Overall horrible experience spent a month trying to get supervisor to call me back, which never happened

Unfortunately I can’t really review it. It was dead on arrival. Didn’t have any more in stock. Nd needed a washer and dryer in a hurry. So got an lg from a different store

I just can't decide if worth the hassle to get one. I just experienced two days of horrendous experiences and am shocked and a waste of time. The list is so long it's sad. I again always purchase or should say as of my last several purchase because I've had defective and even sent home with a refurbished laptop and was a "mistake" from Best Buy because I purchased new. Hard to say anymore

The extra protection is a joke as you still may have to come out of pocket. I will never purchase geek squad protection again...I’d go with a third party or rely on my credit card company.

Personally I think this is a rip off and just another way to get more money out of a person

I purchased an open box LG dryer. LG did not wanna honor their warranty and geek squad was not able to service the dryer so I ended up having to return it. Not happy.

I scheduled two repair services and waited both times and no one showed up.

I returned it and got it prorated and I never did get my refund!

Why do they need to charge a person twice the the same service you see just a rip off

Not of use until manufacturer warranty is over but you are forced to buy when machine is purchased.

Talked to someone about the geek squad coming by to look at my Samsung dryer I purchase in October..I'm still waiting

Was added to my order without my knowledge and was upset about it.

Dont recommend as we got the run around for two solid months and the fact that the one part we needed wasnt covered by the "plan" surprise. We paid for nothing.

Did not feel the solution was right. Had Samsung dyer plug in for over five years no problem with the amps .

Haven’t used them for my machine but for my computer they suck

Only useful if you get something with a limited warranty, A washer with a 10 year warranty already doesn't need it.

It takes too long for they to come and check the item. Then it took long time to get the pieces it needed it. And still not working. Not easy to call them.

We didn't cancel the geek squad plan, all we did was asked for a price adjustment as the appliance was on sale. Please restore the geek squad plan for our washer as you have already took our money for the plan. Thank you.
