    We received one unit that wasn’t taking water, ok thats fine, received second unit not drying, returned it will be getiing old fashioned gas dryer and washer separately its what works for many years, this device is not engineered properly.

    Geek squad and call center not worth the cost

    I purchased this for my washer and dryer for a piece of mind since things don't last anymore. My washer has been broken twice and both times it took 2-3 weeks for them to have someone come out to look at it. It just broke again and now they don't have someone able to come out for over 21 days and they escalated and said they'd call back but no one has and I have been on this issue for 2 weeks with an escalated ticket and no service date. They don't have enough geek squad agents for large appliances soi I advise to save your money and avoid this head ache of a process to have them work on it.

    Do not purchase a Geek Squad warranty, if you ever need you WILL NOT receive service in a timely fashion. I have had a service call that was scheduled for today and because someone entered an incorrect address my service call was cancelled with no reschedule, I had to find this out on my own. Once you do get a repairman get ready to wait more time while they ship you the parts, they do not come prepared for a fix. THIS IS A BIG BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like to call this a racket. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ONE MORE ITEM FROM THEM PERIOD FULL STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The worst customer service

    I am so done with Best Buy I purchased this washing machine as a new product I was assured by the salesman that my product would be delivered in its original box because Best Buy had delivered an open box item before when I paid for new He told me to refuse it if it isn’t in its original box. Again they try to deliver an open box When I called customer service they were rude about me demanding a in the box product I went to the store and was treated the same I ended up canceling the order The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

    Be aware, Best Buy uses third party to provide service, despite saying Geek Squad. Our LG washer needs repair. Service was scheduled for today 8a-5p. They would not provide a specific time. As the day went on, the estimated arrive time continued to change to later and later. Now, I got a notification that the appoint was canceled and rescheduled for tomorrow. No call or anything. Definitely a 1 star plan. I would not recommend.

    3 yr warranty

    I purchased the 3 year warranty for $350 for a new razor laptop. The laptop sreen started flickering only after 2 years of use. I took the computer in on 6/9/2020 to be fixed. The computer has been sitting in que since 6/20/2020 as of 07/14/2020. I called geek squad 3 times. No help or updates each time. Best buy simply wont help or get involved in anyway. Will never purchase any besybuy product again. Very very disppointed after I spent $2,440 for the computer, mouse and protection policy.

    5 Year Warranty

    I purchased the 5 year warranty and I am very thankful I did, however, my Samsung washer broke after a little over 3 years. When getting reimbursed, as my washer is no longer available, I only received purchase price and I cannot buy a comparable washer for the price I paid. The washers have gone up approx. $200 in 3 years. I am very disappointed.

    Very Disappointed with Geek Squad service

    My refrigerator is not cooling from last three days and when I called geek squad service they gave me appointment after one week. Everywhere it’s mentioned geek squad service is 24/7 and that’s the reason I have purchased this service. But so disappointed now as they are telling 24/7 service is over the phone who can rectify appliances over the phone and it take 2 hours to connect to agent sometime even more on the call. Geek Squad should see the urgency of the request and provide the serve It’s so bad service I don’t recommend anyone for there service it’s all false statements they have mentioned

    Geek Squad is a scam

    Paid $130 for 3yr extended warranty for all in one washer/dryer. At 2.5years the dryer wasnt drying properly. Geek squad made 3 visits. First visit, problem wasnt solved. Promised to come back with parts but didnt turn up. 2nd visit, was told to purchase drum cleaner from Target. Problem not fixed. 3rd visit (probably the last) Geek Squad insist the clothes are dry enough and that dont expect it to perform the same as new. So, what's the point of paying extra. To help keep people in jobs?

    Horrible Service. Purchase Washer Haven’t Been A Year. Washer Is Broken. Have The 3 Year Coverage. Been Getting The Run Around A Tech Came Out 3 Times & Still Not Able To Fix It Or Have The Right Part. Tech Stated He Will Be Back Thie Week It’s Going On A Month Without Being Able To Wash Clothes. After Spending Tons On This Washer. We Was This Washer Would Be Cover If Break Down & They Giving Us Excuses After Excuses Instead Of Just Replacing Not Even A Year Old Washer. Would Never Purchase Again If This Is Not Figured Out.

    Geek Squad canceled an hour into their apt window

    I received a text an hour after my service was supposed to start, cancelling my appointment because ordered parts wont show until the 3rd(today is the 1st). I called to reschedule and was told I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK, a whole 5 days AFTER parts arrive for the technician to have the time. Why wasn't the appointment rescheduled to the day after parts arrive upon ordering parts?????? I scheduled the appointment. Just for comparison of time, I called the other Geek Squad Location and asked if they had a technician available before that timeframe. I was told that the parts were sent to the technician himself and that the lady at the Boise location never even rescheduled my follow up appointment even though she said it was already done Luckily I called the Nampa location to check their availability and received the proper information. This has been my WORST experience with Best Buy and am super disappointed. I have a family of 5 without a dryer for 11 days!!!

    Poor customer service

    Washer has been messed up multiple times was told a appointment was scheduled for one day no one shows rescheduled again has had two different companies fix it and now messed up again within 4 months scheduled appointment for Wednesday no one shows called Wednesday night automatic tells me appointment scheduled for Thursday now its Thursday no one shows called again and now scheduled for 8 days out. Great customer service huh. Will not worry with protection plan anymore because i will take my business somewhere else.

    An Osha nightmare

    I have little control over what it does. You really cannot choose what water level it should have, you need to rely on the auto water level feature. My first load was a small test load. It kept starting and stopping filling. If you lift the lid after it’s in the wash cycle, when you close it, it punishes you by squirting more water in the tub. By the time it actually started, it was 3/4 full. Only needed to be half full or less. That's not the worst part. THIS IS THE GAME CHANGER. Being that it was such a small load, I could not understand that when it went into the spin cycle, it was totally out of balance. I had set the feet to be stable, so that was not a problem. When the cycle was done and I pulled out my cloths to put in the dryer, I moved the center agitator to see the resistance of the tub. It's really loose and that would make it more prone to being out of balance. Another small disappointment is that it had NO where to put the softener. You had to stop the machine at a specific place in the cycle to put it in. Some comment were how quiet it was. That's because it agitates very slowly. Can't see how your clothes are going to get very clean without proper agitation. I am considering returning it for a real washing machine

    Replaced with another broken laptop

    After more than 1 month at the repair center, the tracking showed my laptop had been returned to sender when they tried to mail it back to the store. I called customer service 3 times, 1 hr wait each time, and finally got someone to locate the package and mail it to my home again. It just got here-- and it's been replaced with a different laptop, which is broken in a different, more serious way! This is what you get for a 3 year warranty: problems that are then YOUR problem to fix. The repair service is incompetant and will leave you without a working laptop for months, if they honor the warranty at all.

    STAY FAR AWAY

    This is the total worst washer ever! Plagued by E4 ERRORS constantly, at first it was only for smaller loads but now its constant… It’s loud , and small, and leaves my clothes wrinkled too.. I got it because I needed a washer quickly it has decent reviews, and wash available to deliver quickly… Well, maybe I should’ve waited! I do a lot of laundry, with a family of 4 , my youngest is disabled I do lots of linens I depend on this to keep my household running, total garbage! Delivery was horrible too they couldn’t put in because they “claim water wouldn’t stop running “ so my husband installed lugged old washer out new one in and old washer is in my garage ! Though i paid for all the services mentioned and called Best Buy and when asked about how my delivery went all i got is crickets and a crappy washer! And after all the taxes and fees it wasnt cheap! $792!

    I bought a Samsung clothes washing machine from Best Buy. It broke 2.5 years later. I called to use my Geek Squad protection plan and their contractor is saying it will be 8 days before they can send a technician out. 8 Days!? can you imagine not being able to wash your clothes for 8 days when you have a family of 6? What is the point of having this plan that I paid for? I have no clean towels or clothes or anything. What is the point? If you are going to sell a protection plan, maybe work with people that can actually help. I am screwed. Is the point to force me into buying a new $700 machine?

    DO NOT BUY! BANG! BANG! BANG!

    I purchased this washer in Fall 2022. My mistake was not testing it within the first 14 days of purchase so I could return it to Best Buy. Now I am stuck. This Whirlpool washer has been a HUGE disappointment. The washer drum violently bangs against the housing during the spin cycle. Despite having a technician come out two times and replace parts, the problem has not been fixed. On the last visit I was told to only put clothes of the same weight in the washer. And also to carefully place the clothes around the inside perimeter of the drum. RIDICULOUS! But I tried it and still the machine is banging away during the spin cycle. Since I have a 5 year warranty, I guess I will be calling Whirlpool again to come out. Why didn't I buy LG or Samsung...

    When I bought a TV I also purchased the "geek squad protection plan". Save your money. During the TV installation, they put 4 three inch holes in the wall with the screws protruding into my bedroom! Twice I have attempted to call for technical issues but have NEVER been able to get a real live person on the phone. Never again.
