The washer gets off balance all the time. The dryer takes forever to dry.

I used my 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan and it sucks. Do not waste your money BestBuy don't honor the protection plan. Im really disappoint

Delivered new washing machine leaking oil. Pointed leak out to the installer who didn't look at the washer and installed anyway. Called the Geek Squad customer service who said they couldn't do anything until it showed delivered.

This washing machine and dryer combo was the absolute worst investment we made. They are supposed to last at least 10-13 years. It didnt even make it 5 years

We had a fridge installed in our new home and in less than 24 hours our water filter is leaking. I called customer service and they said it would be a week before they could be out. They were no help in solving our problem or getting someone out sooner to fix/replace our fridge.

I purchase an extended TV warranty from Best Buy, it's really a warranty from AIG. Everything went okay with the outsourced repair shop (good guy) he says no parts available. Now it's been several days and no contact from AIG, I've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get an update. This is our family room TV and it's very inconvenient not having it.

They do not honor the warranty and will leave you broken without any support or updates for over a month.

I have had Geek Squad for several years and have not had an issue until today. I was on hold for over an hour and a half and the Mahinder P would not respond back with an update... Terrible customer service!

Will not honor the warranty. Claims item is out of warranty. Was purchased in 2019. Suggest they halve the cost and be honest about only honoring within 2 years. Perfectly willing to repair. And add extra repaires at a cost above replacement value and quickly, still. So thats a bonus. I suppose.

If I could give it a negative review I would. In 2 weeks we are on 5 visits and 2 machines. Both the washer and dryer !! Don’t buy these !!!

DO NOT BUY!! I’ve had the dryer until for 4 years and has burnt all my clothing and left a honeycomb Permanent hard black material on the clothing. Waste of money!!

Didn’t come with vent kit or power cable. Would not recommend.

Do not purchase this protection plan. This is a pure fraud! Their customer service is only great when you are buying something and their customer support on claims is Abysmal. Do not buy this!! You will get burned.

Took hours and hours on phone for Best Buy to honor their agreement. Total lack of any customer service, everything is out sourced. I have gone from spending 10K plus a year due to having so many rentals and building houses to 0 Dollars. They have lost a customer for life

bought a 65 inch curve tv from bestbuy in mongomeryville pa after a year left bottom part of the corner started coming off so I called geek squad they came and said it was from how warm my home was I was what I would never buy a warranty from them clowns ever again beware best buy dont cover there warrant filed a claim with better buisness

I have made 5 different phone calls, with a total of 3hrs logged so far and have only gotten a run around and no solution to fix my broken washer. You can never get to a supervisor or anyone that can help solve your issues.

useless and incompetent and absolutely no customer service

After having the product for less than a month, it stopped working. The washing machine will no longer spin and drain. The line is not clogged. The pump is faulty. Would not recommend.

Almost all five and four star reviews are from people who never used Protection Plan. Very misleading for somebody who wants to read reviews before buying.

The warranty was not worth the purchase. When the washer malfunctioned led than one year from the purchase date and we tried to exercise the warranty we found it was useless.
