I love the option of knowing if something goes wrong with our washer, the Geek Squad is a call away. Crossing my fingers we get a full 5+ years out of it.

I hope i never need to use the service but am glad its there if i do.

Despite all the expensive new high tech appliances, reliability isn't so good these days, so this warranty is a must for us. We could not get parts or even a service call for our old units (only three years old!), so we switched brands and made sure to get a full-replacement guarantee warranty.

This LG set is fantastic! I researched quite a bit, comparing several brands, and finally took the plunge. I love everything about both the washer and dryer. Both are super easy to operate, the washer uses less water, and the clothing comes out smelling cleaner and looking so much better. Thank you, LG!

My Samsung washer dial broke. I called and they came out and fixed it. I've had this on all of my Best Buy appliance purchases and I have used it on almost all of them. Not a knock on Best Buy, but on the brands.

I have had such a bad experience so far with this warranty. 3 days to come look at it, not knowing after explaining on phone what it was or problem. Waiting 10 more days for multiple parts because they aren’t sure, just to cancel that appointment because they didn’t check to see parts had been delivered days before to my house. Now I have to wait 5 more days for next “available” appointment. So far it has been awful service. We will see if it gets fixed. So that will be 17 days out from when I made first phone call and maybe not even fixed then because they weren’t even sure what was wrong. I will update after next appointment but from now on I will buy my appliances from somewhere that actually cares about customer service. So far I get the run around to call this number or that number because nobody knows.

Not much to say about this. I get a paper and email with information for the geek squad. If something should go wrong I call and use it. That simple.

They attempted to repair the problem and once it wasn’t possible getting the items exchanged was easy.

For all the horror stories that I read about new washers & dryers this PSP seemed like a no-brainer. Anything over $1k I'll drop the extra $ on to not be hassled if it dies. If my washer or dryer dies, I'm not going to be at a coin-op laundromat. Imma be watching the Nerd Squad roll up and fix it.

This smart dryer is a super upgrade from the one I use to own. Very efficient and quite. The Tech helped me pick the dryer as super friendly, and very helpful, glad I chose BestBuy.

Installation was smooth! The technicians moved the old washer and dryer to the garage, hooked up everything and even cleaned up where water had spilled from the old washer. I highly recommend the Geek Squad. I hope I never have to use the rest of it, but for my peace of mind, I feel better for having it.

Best Buy protection plans are awesome. I haven’t had many issues with Best Buy products but when I did, the protection coverage was extremely helpful.

Great price for a new washer. We are hoping the 10 year drivetrain and tub warranty lives up to its hype. Have used the washer a dozen times so far and all seems to be fine. Will have to review this product in another year to update the status of our satisfaction

Bought washer and dryer, that loaded it into my vehicle.

Had a problem with Samsung dryer. Geek squad came out and determined the dryer was bad so they replaced it, no problem! 5 year warranty worked very well!

I purchased the 3 year protection just incase. Definitely worth it if something happens or goes wrong and with a big purchase nice option for the future
