Recently purchased a new washer and dryer Samsung set and they look great and also purchased the ext warrantly.

Always good to have protection and hopefully never need it.

We’re not really the type of people to take out a warranty but I’m glad we did this time. Our previous washer and dryer broke down many times and we had not taken the warranty and I regretted it. I feel much safer buying the warranty this time

Excellent item; good price; easy to operate; works well; easy purchasing/ordering and easy Pick-Up/Delivery. I would recommend this item to friends and family. I have not needed to use this item but always feel better having the Best Buy Warranty

Insurance is insurance. Sure, you may never need it, but its always nice to have it. And I get it, its sometimes just a simple way companies can make money, but for a major appliance its worth it. If you're spending $500+ on a major appliance, this is not a big add on at all. Worth it!

Great washer until it broke. Luckily it was under the year warranty. I hope it holds up. Purchased an extra 2 year warranty with Best Buy.

Love this set. Very easy to use and cleans the clothes well. Wrinkle free from the dryer.

LG would not honor the service on this washer. Geek Squad was right on it and handled everything professionally, from the initial phone call to the service techs. My 1st time using Geek Squad.

The techs are well trained and having the extended warranty plan is always a peace of mind

Highly recommend the Geek Squad protection. My washer wasnt working properly. The parts werent available after two weeks Geek Squad said we are going to give you a new one. WOW

installers were very professional knew what they were doing Excellent job and took old units away. I bought a 5 year warranty to cover my new Samsung Dryer. Peace of mind for 5 years is worth this price.

You would be crazy to buy any appliance without buying the protection plan. BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!!! My fridge is dead and will now be replaced thanks to the plan. I couldn’t be happier with Best Buy.

Will come in handy if the unit breaks. Pretty much will pay for itself if something happens to my appliance.

For protecting your investment, if you are going to use the washer on a weekly basis, play it safe and get this 5-year standard protection
