We’ve had a lot of issues with it and leaking since we got it, which was 4 years back. We’ve had different techs look at it, one part replaced which was not the fix. It ran great besides that and the leak was random and runs quiet. It’s being exchanged for a different unit. Best Buy has been very helpful with that.

Have not had to use yet but the pricing was good for the amount of years covered.

Always buy extra warrantee when buying protection for large products or expensive tech. They have always provided excellent repair service when needed.

Why not have something that in case something does go wrong they can either fix or replace it?

Best Buy has the best warranty. That’s the only reason why I buy my electronics at Best Buy

Haven’t had to use this yet which I figure is the best case scenario but I’m sure if I do I will review it… so far I’m very impressed with Best Buy’s delivery & installation crew!!

I have purchased other warranties through Best Buy and they were able to replace my products when I was faced with them not working. Due to this fact, I did not hesitate to purchase a warranty for my new appliances.

Plug in my wash and dryer . Was fast and easy and very nice

Washer hooked up perfect and plenty of room and works great.

Purchased my dryer and washer from here and if it messes up they will give you a new one , used to shop at cons and they would do minor fixes and I wad back to not having a washer or so on. Love that geek squad work with you and extra protection never hurts! Better to be safe than sorry

Great service when machine kicked the bucket after only 2 to 3 years. Great value for the coverage provided. I will only buy major appliances from Best Buy with this coverage.

I believe the extra warranty plan is the smart choice when it comes to appliances. The Geek Squad warranty price is not outrageous & affordable. I hope I never have to use it, but you never know!

This is the best unit I ever ever had my home. Food runs good looks good.

Get the service, you will feel better knowing that if anything happens it will be covered. This new appliances have a lot of new technology that is hard to fix on your own now. not like old appliances.

Highly recommended get service plans, things are built as solid as they used to be

I fortunately only had to make one call for information that was not provided in the installation guide or anywhere online. I needed the size of a fitting and to know if it was included in the installation kit. Very helpful.

Best Buy/ Geek Squad has the best warranty!! Ive used it on my tvs and refrigerator. Always great and fast service!

I have always gotten the protection plans through geek squad when I purchase anything through Best Buy. It just makes sense to do so. The cost is reasonable and the service is good.
