Very good customer service with Best Buy being long time buying from them. I never have an issue with finance offer to.

Always get the extended warranty because manufacturers usually don't cover what ends up happening.

The LG washer and dryer were installed without damage to floors, etc. Same for the removable washer and dryer. I think the how to run selection instructions of the washer and the dryer could be a littler clearer.

Bought this warranty service for my was machine. Have always used Geek squad service for my appliances and electronics. Had to use once to have Samsung television replaced. The only problem when replaced had to buy new warranty for replacement.

Those guys don't joke around when is talking about work, really professional and great communication... this 100% recommend

Excellent service although have to waited for several weeks for replacement. BestBuy replaced my less than 2-year old Samsung washer with a new one due to several malfunctions.

It's worth it! Mad even on expensive equipment! If you already spent money on something, protect it! Do not be stupid!

I usually don't buy extended plans but after having worked on my old washer at least a half dozen times before deciding to replace it, this was just peace of mind.

Reasonable price point for the coverage that is included. I had reason to use coverage on a previous purchase I had made on another appliance: the process was very straightforward, and the repair was completely covered

Geek squad brought the dryer to house during the hours they said they would come. They even called to let me know they were on the way to make sure we were home. Geek squad was very polite while dropping off dryer.

We Purchased the New Whirlpool Washer, A repair Tech. advised we Get the Extender Warranty on New Washers and Dryers. We took his advice and got the warranty. Our Old Whirlpool Washer was 15 years Old and We only had one Service call on it in 15 years. The transmission wet out after 15 years and it was time for a replacement.

I'm very happy with the Geek Squad. They kept their schedule and did a great job installing my new washer and dryers and hauling out the old appliances without banging into any doorways or furniture. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

Good to have if you don't want to worry about possible expensive repairs. Laundry machines contain printed circuit boards and other electronic stuff that can cost as much as a new machine if they go out.

I have had to use this coverage in the past and it gives me peace of mind having it, especially since they don't make items like they used to and they break down alot quicker now days.

It’s ok, for some reason sometimes the clothes doesn’t dry up completely but I just add more time.

Although, I am a Best Buy member, I choose the five year warranty because of peace of mind, and no charge to show up!
