I just bopping there up and down. No swish no squash. I had to literally stop the machine. Turn the clothes around every few minutes. I’m never getting a washing machine without an agitator. I need to see the swish squash.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called for my Dryer gasket got tangled with some clothes and when i called the here I was told that there is a 1 month waiting period to get it taken care off, I live 15 minutes from store all he said was let me transfer you directly to Samsung without any words was just sent there, and now is still July 20 my issue has not been resolved yet. all because the guy on Geek would not listen. btw I bought a Washer and Dryer both with Geek coverage I hope I did not make a mistake wasting my money.

ALL I NEED IS A REPAIRMAN TO COME FIX IT OR JUST REPLACE IT! I’ve been put on hold so much! Same steps 4 different times 4 different people all say the same thing. SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU just wait 6-48 hours EVERY TIME.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after having terrible events happen with best buy and the insurances protection plan, and items, i believe that best buy has a good idea and how they want to follow through the warranty that patrons purchase, but do people want to purchase a washer and dryer again from best buy after getting terrible customer service, damage to his property from installation and neglect from technicians much needed service. worst part is that this has not been the only item or time that best buy has not followed through with the geek squad protection plan at all.
