This 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is well worth the price when it comes to modern appliances. If the item can be fixed then the Geek Squad protection plan will cover it and if not they'll replace the item covered.

They are so helpful they know all the right answers and when you ask them a question they know right away with the right answer is I don’t have to go ask anyone else there really knowledgeable about everything no matter what products you buy from them and get the protection plan on it on the protection plan there’s no questions asked when somethings wrong they take care of you

I shopped around so long for a dryer and could only afford a used one but for about the same price I got this brand new Insignia dryer and it's one of thebest purchases lve made. This was the first Insignia product is made what since then the dryer a TV and I'm very happy with the brand. I have 4 kids so it's always going and it's great

I love my washing machine. it's kind of like a smart watching machine. you don't have to worry about small medium or large loads. As you put the clothes in, the machine puts in just enough water for the load so there's no overload there's no underload there's just a perfect match for the load you have. this machine is great

This LG has a jumbo capacity and fit about 24 pounds of our laundry and was one of the few HE top-loaders to excel at cleaning. But like many HE top-loaders it wasn't so gentle on fabrics. Highly recommend to buy Geek Squad Protection on all electronics these days. My washing machine protection came in VERY handy and saved me lots of time and money.

A lot of people say not to do the extended warranties but for the price you almost can’t beat it on certain appliances. When you get close to the end of the five-year extended warranty you’re given an option of doubling it one more time for a fee. On a washing machine or dryer to have an extended warranty for 10 years for only $150 is almost a no-brainer! In 10 years time it more than pays for itself after just one visit!

The new washing machine was not operating as required. The geek squad offered to immediately replace the unit. I was able to get the unit to work properly after turning the operation knob back and forth and resetting it to "normal" operations and it works very well now. I called the Geek Squad and they nicely cancelled a replacement washer. No problem !!

I like the geek squad service plan. It is well worth it, as I used it to fix my son’s computer( free of charge) by putting a new operating System, and have the hard drive replaced( paid the material). I also get discount on appliance install, disc on warrenty plan,& free haul away. I love it. My2d year of subscription.
