Its been months. Still operating, no issues, the cleaning cycle cleans great. Only issue is removing lint can be a bit messy but for the value and quality of washed and dried clothes i highly recommend

I purchased the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. The warranty is reasonable compared to other appliance stores and manufacturers warranty. It's great to have the peace of mind. Would recommend getting a warranty for your washer.

I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about anything with this and if or when it breaks they replace it

The store letting me have the ones the delivery people dropped off and install my washer and dryer the 3rd time it was pretty good

Installation went smooth. Technicians arrived as scheduled, were cautious with installation and efficient.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad this time but have always had a great experience in the past!

I will always buy the extended protection. I have always needed it. Equipment is just not made to last anymore. The protection has always worked great. They send repair men out when you call.

So, they sell the warranty plans well, I mean who wants their applianceappliances to break and have to either spend a few hundred dollars to replace them, or just spend a few hundred dollars to buy new ones so soon. Well my washing machine, which was a little over a year old breaks, Nov 4th, I have literally had a migraine dealing with this warranty program. There is no assistance for laundry services, or rental for you to have. I had to wait 5 days for a repair guy (who is not geek squad because if I wanted geek squad it would have been 2 weeks) just to come look at my machine, he takes 4 more days to order parts... fast forward the December, no parts still. No idea if they are coming, and this whole time I have been out a washing machine. I don't know about you. But I was clothes daily (family of 4 with busy kids). I've had to make calls myself only to sit on hold for over a half hour to be transferred, and then still be told there is nothing they can do. See you have to wait 30 days (not from when you called, no because that would make sense, 30 days from when someone ordered a part) before they will even consider just replacing your machine (which they claim they will do in their sale... "we fix or or you get a new one") so you would thinknatvthe 30 days, which is closer to 6 weeks now, boom new machine... nope, now you move up to special forces, and then they have to submit a claim... which they tell you can take 3-5 business days for them to respond to.... So, if you opt for this, my suggestion is go to rent a center and get whatever appliance to save yourself the hassle, it will cost you, but it's cheaper than the laundromat (which I had to pay out of pocket for the last 6 weeks) oh and instill don't have a machine yet. I'm Grateful that I had an Opportunity to speak with n learn so much from Bob in Utah today. Before making an appointment\, he asked a few questions about my washer. Bob took his time to explain what the problem couldn't be n what it most likely was!

Ourchased this on a black friday deal, and its been great so far. Very efficient with a superb “quick wash” mode that ovly takes 15 minutes.

There were very friendly and nice and quickly set it up!

This washer spins my clothes so fast i don't think I even need a dryer. Drying times are cut in half saving me money

Love how you can change settings for all types of laundry. Also uses kess water and electricity than my old set of HE top load that got damaged in flooding.

Peace of mind, Got the warranty and needed a repair. Repair was done but still had issue so my washer was replaced!

Totally love my outfit!! The guy said installed it. We're perfect in every way very careful with the units. Needless to say I am very happy!
