It’s better to have the warranty than to not have but service technicians from local repair places are horrible. Only positive is that when they can’t fix it after multiple times, you can apply a credit towards a new purchase.

Geek-squad is great to have. I have them for my dryer, washer and fridge. They had people install all my appliances. They answer whatever questions I might have when I call.

Great service and good warranty. Our old washer broke and we were looking for a new one and this warranty definitely helped us feel confident in our purchase. Since many new appliances unfortunately don’t last as long we wanted to have a good warranty.

The washer we purchased was faulty. A technician was sent out promptly and we are able to exchange it. Worth the protection plan. Otherwise we'd be in a bad spot.

I have not had to use the warranty yet. I will use it when the time comes

They did a great job. They got my old house washer out and the new one installed in less than an hour. Called me before hand to let me know when they would arrive, and then arrived on time.

Extremely Happy with the Beat Buy Team members who delivered New Washer and Dryer and Hauled away our old ones. Had zero issues!! Thank you guys and hopefully we will not have to use this Plan!!

I recently purchased new washer and dryer. I also purchased a 5-year protection plan. I haven't had to use any protection plan because the items are still very new. But I feel that the value I got four five years protection is very satisfying

The extended coverage is well woth the money on high dollar purchases. Would recommend anyone buying a high ticket item to definitely get the coverage cause its paid for itself with one purchase.

This is a great peace of mind. Always get the extra insurance.
