    Very Poor Experience

    First issue, the only available time to install was over 2 weeks out. Not good when you have no TV. Second issue (a bit convoluted): I installed it myself, so no longer needed the installation. But because the TV was actually delivered to a different address than mine (the TV was for my wife's mother), I can't cancel the order and get a refund. Only she can do that. Best case this is a monumental hassle. But worse is that she is unable to make that call. So I spent hours installing the TV, more hours on the phone to get a refund, but because of this "policy" am not able to. And they will not escalate it to someone who could fix the situation.

    The Geek Squad person that came out was able to program my Harmony Remote so I didn't have to use the Samsung. He was able to connect regular TV, Smart TV, and Apple TV. He was fantastic

    Terrible service for the technitian they sent.

    The technician Edward Stone knock on the door and left . It was the end of his shift and he did not want to work. Why giving us a whole day appointment if the technician is not willing to work. We lost the whole Sunday waiting for him.

    Just a minimal effort

    Came on time. Had a surround sound system, DVD, and a new tv. Wanted all hooked together and programmed. Did not try and use new remote to program sound. Had no other cables or other remotes we could use or buy and did not ALS before we came what type of systems I had Just hooked up tv and DVD and did not take old tv as I thought I paid for.
