She preferred her 15 year old Dynex which, actually had a pretty good picture. Still had to use the Apple TV box which we thought this would eliminate. Returned no problem. Back to 43 Inch Dynex.

We returned it for a Samsung. No longer will purchase vizio any more for our electronics.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately we must have gotten a lemon Bought this tv and had it up and running fairly quick but the main settings menu was frozen Nothing would work on the remote or side buttons in that menu Got ahold of Vizio customer service and they walked us through a hard reset and a few other remedies but that only made things worse By the time we got off phone with them, our screen was now black No functions So we returned it for a Samsung No problems at all

Geek squad certification is meaningless!

The geek squad certification sticker on the box clearly stated no missing accessories. Spent over an hour in chat with "Barbara Walters" with no resolution. Had to drive around to find a remote on my own only to find out there is a dead spot in the middle of screen and strobing effect in the smart tv screen menu. The quality of the TV is nice from what I can tell otherwise.
