    This tv died (screen just one day faded to black, all reset options did not revive) 1 year and 11 months to the day that I bought it. Warranty is 1 year. It cost $437. Divided by the life of the machine, 23 months, this tv cost $19/month. Cheap garbage. Planned obsolescence. Bad for the environment. Zero stars.

    This is my 5th and last Vizio TV I will ever buy. Amazon Alexa did not work with the television. One hour with Vizio technical support we did factory resets, unplug both tv and alexa, remove apps from phone and resetting all devices. Less than 25 hours of owning the TV over 3 hours of combined trouble shooting. I want to enjoy my new TV when I buy not spend time trouble shooting on the first day.

    Within 60 days of purchase, screen started to fail, black starburst kind of thing on the upper right. Within months, screen became unstable. Had to trash it.

    Best Buy shut down during COVID... so couldn’t return this which came in the box with a scratch at bottom of screen.

    Got it opened it and the screen is broken peeling

    Very disappointed. Got it home opened it. Took the cardboard off the front. Look like it has a safety film over it. It was actually the SCREEN!!!!! The screen was peeling.. went back to the store and of course they close at 6:00 pm..... sorry cant help you tonight.... come back tomorrow....

    Have had 7 months and internet will not stay connected. Not via wifi, not with the ethernet cable. Smart TV and Chromecast functions are all rendered useless and I have a really nice, expensive TV that I can watch PBS, H&I, ND sometimes CBS on with my antenna.

    Love this. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very good inter-connectivity. Nice remote. Decent Sound. Excellent picture while viewing Full HD (1080p). Very good picture viewing standard HD (720p). Its default color setting of VIVID has super intense beautiful color and a brilliant picture screen. Lower left of remote has a 'pic' button to easily change what you're viewing to one of about seven other color settings including GAME and COMPUTER You can also adjust the settings in the menu. Other things to love are the 100's of free channels and introductory offers and that it is made by an American Company with great customer service. Ironically, due to the scarcity of Ultra HD [UHD] also known as 4K (2160p) media and content, I don't know how it does with Ultra HD except by what I saw in the store. It is also ironic that the only way to find out what a 4K/UHD TV does with less than UHD formatting is take it home and try it. The main things we watch are over the air broadcast and standard definition DVDs. So, I ended up returning this set after two weeks because the upscaling of standard definite DVD content was mushy and because I prefer natural color. I'm trying another TV (Sony) to see if the upscaling on standard definition DVD content is better. If not, I'll be back to rebuy the VIZIO. BTW, I bought this at the nearby BEST BUY store because of the difficulty shipping flat screens without breakage. If you mainly stream or look at broadcast HD content and you like brilliant color and easy of use, I can't recommend this TV highly enough.

    It was delivered hooked it up same place as other tv no sound tried Master reset , hooked it up to a DVD player changed cables Still no sound hooked Back up old tv same cable It has sound Tried calling the store just rang and rang and rang.

    The picture quality is very poor as compared to samsung u6900 tv. Quantum display is a gimmick. I was trapped and hence exchanged this tv for a samsung ru7100. The software is slow, casting/screen mirroring is always blurry.

    bought it in november and now 5 months later the tv is falling apart like literally i noticed the screen is coming unglued from the panel what a mess . it still works but for how long before it completely separates
