    The worst quality VizioTV

The picture and audio are both impossible to coordinate properly. I have to readjust the picture almost every time I change channels and still am not able to get a clear picture. The same with the audio. The speakers are in the back of the TV and allow to much background noise that conflicts with the voice. It has been recommended that I buy a sound bar. Why should I have to buy a sound bar just to be able to be able to hear a TV. I have 2 other Vizio TVs. They are great. Perfect picture and sound and they are several years old. I never touch the adjustments. Maybe I just bought a bad unit. Also no user manual with TV. Have to get it off the internet and the print is too small to read.

      Hello Royvan,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. At VIZIO we pride ourselves on our highly rated picture quality. Sites like CNet, RTings, and Reviewed.com consistently rate VIZIOs picture quality among the best in the industry. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD (or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the Vivid or Calibrated setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. As televisions continue to have larger screens with thinner profiles and sleeker bezels, there is less room for large speakers. To help get the best audio quality out of your VIZIO televisions speakers, we’ve included settings like DTS Studio Sound to provide the highest performance possible, while maintaining the thin, sleek, bezel-less profile of your television. If you’d like any assistance adjusting these settings, our customer support team would love to help you dial in the TV to your preference, you can reach them at 844-254-8087. VIZIO

    Great picture, bad speaker

We’ve only had this TV for two months and the speaker is already going out. Great picture, love the user experience and all the streaming options but the audio is extremely frustrating. The speaker has started clicking when we turn it on and it clicks for a good 2-3 minutes before the audio actually comes through. I would steer clear and look for another TV if I were you.

    Good for first 3 years

Had to for just over 3 years. It is now making a popping noise when turning on and off. It also randomly has a static screen followed by loud distorted sound from the speakers. Disappointed that we need a new tv so soon.

    DO NOT PURCHASE 2022

Do your research before buying this TV. It’s lifespan is around 2-3 years before it goes berserk. Lines appear on the screen, the TV shuts off unexpectedly, and there is always delays and flickering occurring. This TV will run smoothly the first year and then once the warranty is gone, it’ll stop working properly. I called VIZIO customer service and they said after warranty they can’t help. Convenient.
