I had to get a replacement because the USB port went out on me but I attribute that to a defective part and not because it was a bad product or anything. Best Buy was very helpful with my replacement so the 5 stars also goes to their customer service.

The blue tint is a little dark for my liking, it makes the see-through aspect less prominent. But overall, that's no big deal. I have noticed that it doesn't always turn the PS4 on with the center button. I have to click it a few times for the PS4 to get the info sometimes. My other controllers always get it to work.
