First and foremost, this 64" plasma is worth every cent. The picture quality could not be any better! It certainly is not as "bright" as LCD / LED versions but believe me that makes it superior in reality. I switched from a 52" LCD Samsung, that I loved, but this plasm blows it away. Everything people say about the depths of the darker tones is true and that is what sets this plasma far above its counterparts. Can't comment on the audio as I hooked it up directly to my surround sound system. I am having some issues figuring out the online features. For instance, I can get a You Tube video playing on the screen but can't get the audio to match as the tv channel audio is still on. I'm sure I'll figure it out but ask about these features upon installation if you can. In short, BUY IT!

The Geek squad products that I purchased were "Geek Squad 51 and larger TV connect" for $99.99, "Geek Squad -Add on: TV mounting" for $49.99, and 'Geek Squad Add on: Sound bar Mounting" for $49.99. A geek squad rep came to my home for a consultation before the installation date to review everything. When he left he said he would email me a proposal because he recommended their cables for 4K and there would be an extra charge to conceal my cables behind the wall. (I was told that this would be an extra $65 when I called to schedule the consultation) When I received the proposal, I was shocked to see that the total extra charge would be $729.91 for installation. Charges included $99.99 for TV setup, $99.99 for TV mounting, $49.99 for audio setup, $99.99 each for two different cables, $39.99 each for two other cables, and $200 more for custom labor and installing a power kit. $729.91 to mount a TV that I was paying $799 for. What exactly does "Geek squad 51" and larger TV connect", "Geek squad add on TV mount" and "Geek Squad add on sound bar mount" include if I have to pay for "TV setup", "TV mount", and "audio setup" in the proposal??!? I returned the mount, cancelled the installation, and got a refund for the TV.

There seems to be something lacking in the color of this tv have another tv that a Vizio and the color is much better will try to have it calibrated soon and see if that helps sound is poor

I would recommend Best Buy & Samsung to everyone...

Told on 4th call after 90 minutes between 4 calls on Sunday that this installation was all set for Saturday morning between 8 and 12. Called to confirm this Friday night and was told that there was no appointment set, and the first available appointment would be 10 days later. Worst service possible, recommend buying from Amazon and hiring a local installation specialist. Not only would I not recommend this to a friend, I would not recommend it to an enemy, horrible service, horrible experience. apparently new tv is going to set on the floor for a full month before the installation I paid for will take place.
