Geek squad team of John and Chad were very professional and knowledgeable. Installation went super fast and very clean. You couldn't ask for 2 better installers than these 2 guys. Outstanding and would recommend to anyone.

The Geek Squad that came to my house to set up audio and visual equipment was excellent. They were very thorough, but quick, and showed me how to use the controls for the new items. I was very pleased with the service.

I really didn't need somebody to hook up wires for me, it's within my skillset. However, I did want Geeksquad to hand the TV for me and the wall-hanging is an add-on to this service.

The installation went very smooth. The technician was knowledgeable of the particular wall mount and was able to install the TV with ease. Very professional and did an excellent job with the installation, as well as respecting the cleanliness of our home.

purchasing the TV no problem. Scheduling GEEK Squad major head ache. was on hold for 20+ minutes then was treated rudely asked for a supervisor and was on hold another 10+ minutes and was transferred to a spanish only speaking Geek Squad rep ( I don't speak any spanish). Ended up canceling all orders got TV refunded credit in one day now fighting with GEEK squad to credit my credit card for services never performed.

great for watching movies on c d Not so great for regular tv although sounds better than tv speakers but a less costly sound bar would make the tv sound better anyway. I am disappointed.

Best Buy folks came out and installed my system just like they said they would. I was surprised how quickly they work. I probably could've done the work myself, but it would've taken me five times as long and I would not have done it as well as them

With a large TV and so many things to consider, I am very glad I got this service. Made my life so much easier.

I was charged twice for installation. Once online and then a second time by the installer. I called the customer service number for my Best Buy card and the would not remove the charge saying I needed to call the store.

These guys really knew all about the OLED TV I purchased. They answered all my questions and gave me pointers on set up and usage. This service came with my purchase and it was a great idea to have had it included.

They did a good job getting my TV set up, answered all my questions, and showed me how to use the remote. I'm not terribly tech savvy so I appreciated the setup.

Moved into a new home and needed a couple of TV's wall mounted. Had a previous excellent experience with Geek Squad and they came through again. Never have to worry when I use them. Definitely worth the price.

It was disappointing that Best Buy made multiple mistakes regarding my appointment. It took two weeks for the Geek Squad agent to finally get to my house for the install. I took off work the first day and they never showed up because they went to the wrong house. Best Buy admitted it was their fault as they did not input my information correctly in the system. However, it was disappointing that there was no discount on the product. Very poor customer service, especially for a customer who has been a loyal Best Buy shopper. This will change in the future.
