Very professional service by the geek squad. The hooked the tv up in a timely manner. Did some programming and also programmed our cable remote, so we only need one remote when watching cable tv.

The two guys were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very courteous and willing to answer all questions. They also offered to take the TV for recycle. hope to get the same two guys next time.

The guys that came to my house were great! They knew what they were doing... I even had a mount they had never seen before and made the tv mount work perfectly. I love my new tv setup!

My mom told me not to say anything if I could not say anything nice. Actually the install went very well but I spent way too much time on the phone trying to get the m to come when they originally told me they would. I basically told them bring it at the time promised or keep it. They figured out a way to bring it at the correctly scheduled time.

The GS team showed up on time, was professional, and mounted my TV with no issues. They were very neat and efficient with the entire process.

Showed up with no tv, then showed up to install after I had already cancelled and picked up and had someone else install.

I wish Best Buy still offered the TV Mounting and Video Setup separately, but as it is, this service was handy in that it saved me time programming my DirecTV remote for my television.

After installing the TV, the Techs configured the TV to my existing router and made certain that I could use all of the basic network functions that the unit provided.
