The two gentlemen that came did a great job of installing our wall mounted TV. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. They make no mess either!

Called geek squad to schedule service for home theater set up. Never received a call back to schedule. Difficulty finding me in "their system". However, they did charge my credit card for geek squad service call right away. They are good at that. Then, when I declined the service due to lack thereof, they couldn't/wouldn't refund the charge. I gave up after wasting about 40 minutes of my time on the phone and called my credit card company to deny the charges. They were able to provide GREAT service and had the credit put back on my card within minutes. Maybe Best Buy should look into training there customer service reps at a credit card company. Just a thought.

Helpful individual did a great job of removing old unit and installing new unit and explained how to use system and suggested updating cables for a better experience

The job was done perfect but the geek squad representative was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful in learning how to work the new Television.

The TV is performing as advertised. Not much 4k content yet, but picture looks good.

Was supposed to be setup so the sound system comes on with tv, but it does not.

They called to say they were on their way and showed up exactly when they said they would.

This installation was horrible. Geek squad members did not know what they were doing and could not finish the job. I had to hire someone else.

The geek did all the work,removing the old tv and complete setup of the new set.

when the tech arrived, he asked for help in hanging the tv to the existing mount. It doesn't make sense why someone would buy this service and be asked to help.
