We have used the Geek Squad several times in the past, and they did the installation work exactly as I expected.

I had the Geek Squad come about a month and a half after I brought the TV home. With tax, the Geek Squad cost me $160. Between the Geek and the person at Best Buy I was talking to on the phone while he was there, I learned that my TV had flaws. It was not the easiest smart TV to deal with and I couldn't return it because, not only was time up but they no longer carried that model. Then, why did the salesman sell it to me? For one thing, he knew that my disabled husband would be using a difficult remote. the Geek squad man seemed like a nice person but it took him all of two minutes to do what he had to do and then showed me how to deal with the apps and it was over. He was not a good teacher. He should have written things down and gone over things. What was I paying for? Never again.

Very satisfied with quality and appearance.We have two of these.

Our Geeks...both Francis and DJ are Guru's of installs with awesome knowledge of tv/stereo. Two thumbs up!

For a 50" TV under $500 used for normal TV viewing works great.

Tv looks great, level and was done fast. Would definitely use this service again in the future!
