I tried to schedule an install. The store team and the on line team did not know what each other was doing and gave me conflicting information. I cancelled the oinstallation and did it myself.

While it is pricey the guys were professional and great.

Had to call a number to get an appointment with the Geek Squad and this took 20 minutes just to bring up my order! I was then told they would charge me $49.99 just to show up and a further $49.99 for any video equipment installation. All this was supposed to be included in the price and the printout just said clear the path to the TV and our guys would install the TV. No where on the website or the product they said they would charge extra. I had some pain in getting this refund too but it did reach me eventually. I won't ever recommend these guys to anyone. This bad experience was the reason not buying from Best Buy this holiday season.

Great service and support in wall mounting my new tv.

They were on time, polite, knowledgeable, patient and clean.

I paid it just so two guys could lift the new TV since I have a bad back. Other than that, they did very little and what they did you with regard to wiring had to be redone properly.

They did a great job of installing our new 60" TV.

Set up all my stuff and super kewl techno advisers.
