So happy I went with geek squad for my tv installs in new condo. They were on time, professional, and knew how to get the job done quickly and without a mess. Took the time to show me how everything operated and were very patient with an very un technology savvy person that I am. Made the move in painless.

Placing the order with Best Buy online was a nightmare. Geek Squad service was excellent. The tech who did the wall mount was very knowledge, patient and did a great job. Once up and running the Smart TV options were very easy to set up. Great picture. We have a very sunny room and the TV does a good job of compensating.

Geek Squad handled setup and connection of TV, audio receiver, CD jukebox and Bluray player. Everything set up as desired except one audio connection, which they promptly came back and fixed. Coulbdn't have done it myself.

My tv is just right for my room. The quality of picture the size of the screen, the swivel stand, and the installation, the haul off of my old unit, all was great. You Guys at Best Buy are TOPS in my book. Thanks for all the great service over the years that I have been associated with your staff.

This is the third time we've had the Geek Squad install a TV. Sometimes it's in a very unique location that would be difficult to get to. They've come with a can-do attitude and a very professional approach. They are worth every penny to get it done right and have it backed up. We will hire them again!

Geek Squad wall mounted and connected our new LG OLED 65in TV. They measured carefully to ensure that it was secured to the studs and centered on the wall. We had our ethernet and power outlets centered on the wall as well and they made sure no wires were showing. They were professional and friendly.

I was very pleased with the set up and instruction on my new 75” Sony tv. The tech was very knowledgeable. We are seniors and not very tech savvy. He was more than patient with us and carefully explained everything to us. He even set it up so we could use one remote to do all functions.

Everybody said to mount this stuff myself, but who needs the stress? These guys just have the work so dialed in that the cost is worth it.

A geek squad agent assisted me with selecting the HP-Pavilion computer, window 10, and geek squad transferred the data onto it from my old computer. It is very simple to operate for an inexperienced person. I have experienced no problems with it. The agents were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The Geek Came installed and left us with a smile on our faces. The installation was quick and the folks knew exactly what do. They took all the worry away. The best money you could spend if you want your equipment installed correctly the first time.

The technician ran into a number of unforeseeable problems. He was diligent in talking to the manufacturer and then going online to find the proper installation items to complete the job. The store sold me irems that weren't compatible for the job.

The 55 inch Samsung TV is excellent. Through Xfinity its easy to maneuver, the picture is fantastic both day and night. I'm just hoping for more 4K programming. Geek squad person was excellent, knew his stuff, and tutored me up to a level where I can watch anything the tv and cable offer.

I had never used the geek squad before and was a little unsure if they were worth it. I found them polite, well trained, and ready to provide the best service possible. They answered all my questions and as an educator, I had plenty. I would definitely use them again. Thanks to the Geeks!

TV install was awesome, quick and the crew were very professional. Even provided good recommendations as to height on the wall, angles for best viewing, etc...

This tv has a beautiful picture and a great price! The Geek Squad had it set up in no time and programmed the remote so anything you want to do is easy. I have bought several items from Best Buy and you can't beat the price and the service of the Geek Squad. It will not disappoint you

For the price, LG delivers lush colors and a fairly crisp picture. For those who still want a "cinema" effect, rather than movies that have the look of soap operas, the LG series 1080p is quality cinema.

Wanted to update from my Sony Bravia which was having problems with the TV panel. That year and model has panel issues with white shadows. Probably will never buy another Sony. Had a 52 inch and moved up to the 65 inch Hisence. Much better picture. Great price for the quality.

I needed them to hook up my new Smart TV. They arrived on time and worked fast. They also cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was informed about how to use everything. I feel they did a fantastic job and it was worth every penny.
