Didn't like how long I had to wait to get the service and disnt like how the website ran u around but the install and service was great. Five stars for the installers 2 stars for the website

Geek squad installed a 65 inch Samsung TV, a gift for my Luddite brother. They did a fantastic job even though my brother couldn’t understand how to operate the remote control but the Geek Squad came back for additional training. This is the way to go!

They assembled my new tv stand and hooked up all of my new entertainment toys. Answered any questions and made me very pleased with there service.

These guys set my TV up for me, connecting everything and programming it so that when they left all I had to do was sit down and enjoy. Can't put a price on all of the probable frustration they saved me - worth every penny!

love that i have my TV hanging on the wall. No exposed wires and no cable box. I am glad i had such an awesome tech to do mounting. He was professional, and knew what he was doing. Didn't make a mess. He has to come back a 2nd time thru no fault of his.. to install the TWC app.

Needed a tv to replace the old one and found a perfect fit in the Visio 55". Color is vibrant and sharp. Sound far exceeds the older set. Geek squad set it up perfectly so we have an awesome entertainment center.So, thank you Best Buy- job well done. Lucky Eddie

65 in Samsung placed in the spot where an old plasma Phillips had died. Wires had to be fed through wall into a cabinet - this included AC line for TV, which barely made it through the opening. The Geek squad improvised nicely and got everything connected well. Nice work.

The team came on team but I had to push them to do the work. They started with a lot of cons regarding the installation so I have to show them that it was Ok to mount and install the TV where I wanted.

I waited over 2 years to have my 60" tv mounted on the wall above my fireplace. The two Geek Squad reps arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgable. They made sure everything was working and answered all my questions before leaving.

The agents realized my TV was badly damaged when they were taking it out of the box. They recommended I return my TV and get a new one from Best Buy. They were able to work with my schedule and come back out to install my TV after the initial install date.

My Geek Squad guy was delightful. We talked while he worked and things were done in a jiffy. Since I do not trust myself to do such things, I was glad that GS was included in our deal. High end electronics need high end installation and set up.

Installed my new TV over my fireplace, he did a very professional job and was very knowledgeable. Sold me the kit to go behind the tv to hide the wires and installed that also. Very happy with everything done.

I was very pleased with the team that came to install our TV on the wall. They were knowledgable, thorough, and didn't get mad when we had them adjust the placement. It didn't take very long, either. Well done!

No complaints. You need to make sure you purchase the right cables and panduit before they come out. They sell try to sell you everything extra. Do your measurements and research before hand.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing my 65" Samsung TV and Blu-ray player. They removed the TV from the box, put it on the stand and went through all of the settings and showed me how to use it. Couldn't have been happier with their service.

I had a problem with scheduling but they came and installed it to my satisfaction and I would recommend them anytime they wire tied it And it looks great now thank you Best buy

The Geek Squad showed up on time and was very friendly. He took all the time that we needed to set-up our new TV with the DirectTV box and receiver. He suggested we get the Harmony Ultimate remote which we did. Love the remote! My husband is a happy camper!

I was debating hanging my tv on the wall due to the fact i am a renter, but am very pleased I did. The tv looks perfect and is very sturdy. The installer was great and did it extremely quick. Very happy overall. would do this again for sure if i move.

Christopher arrived on time, and he set up my new Sony Smart TV professionally and quickly. It works great. He explained the features to me very clearly, and I have been able to operate it easily.
