Especially when it negatively impacts the product. Also I want to make clear that my review is based on the price point. Quality of picture is great 9/10. Aesthetics of the tv:9/10 Sound:9/10 Controller:8/10 Features:8/10 Performance:4/10 I would hands down reccomend this TV to anyone but the TV has a few things to work on. First off, It keeps turning on by itself almost daily. It is pretty annoying and I've researched forums and it seems to be a recurring issue with this model. So far I have not been able to fix it. Also, scrolling through hdmi's or navigating through the features of the tv is not very smooth. When I first started using the tv, it was a little laggy and required me to turn it off and on a few times as well. Hopefully Vizio fixes this issue.

I bought my first one several years ago and have had no problems with it. Wanted to upgrade to a 65" 4K UHD TV and this one does not disappoint.
