Only lasted 2 years - Display Failed

I called Vizio customer support, their exact words were "We recommend you purchase a new one". I can't get support buying a product that had such a limited lifespan for $700. I gave 2 stars for picture quality because it actually had good picture while it lasted. The issue is the durability.
