Great Buy At The Price

It has shown great picture quality as well as good sound for the price point. The only draw is OS Software is slightly buggy at times. Was looking for the latest model but seems as though best doesn’t offer it anymore… Great buy though!!!

Turns on by itself

I have the protection plan but geek squad can’t do nothing about it. They send me to Vizio talk to them and they said they are looking into it. Other people have same problem. Why do y’all keep selling these TVs then. And the Geek squad is a Joke smh

Not a great picture!

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and that you’re getting an HD ( or UHD) signal. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘VIVID’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Do not buy

Sometimes have to pull the plug to get it back on. Vixio should pull this model tv off the market or recall them. Save your money, sad because I have purchased other Vizios and been pleased.

Do Not Buy Vizo at all cost

They replaced it within 2 weeks but now 1 month and 10 days past the 1 year warranty I am having a constant dark spot in the TV. This TV they gave me was a refurbished unit. Now I have to live with a constant dark spot smack dab in the TV.

Disappointed

When they do turn on sometimes they don’t have sound and I have to unplug them and turn them on again. I will never purchase Vizio televisions again. Looks like I’ll have to Purchase new tv’s to replace this garbage.

Bruise-colored mass on screen.

Just after our one year warranty expired, a large bruise-like mass started showing up in the middle of the screen. Best Buy wouldn’t help us. Sound occasionally goes out. Boo.

Got TV in August of 2019 and by November 2020 a black shadow box has appeared. Right in the middle of the screen. Researched a little and apparently a known issue and of course right out of warranty.

I knew I was in trouble when the clickbait ads started showing up for RedBox during startup. You have to hit exit button on remote there is no close icon on tv ad. I took this 65” back for a 55“ Samsung at same price. Interface not intuitive and apps are slow.

Terrible...

Colors are all the place, blotchy colors, black and lights are uneven.. This is a purchase i regret after 30 years of owning televisions and flat screens... Worst picture i have ever owned.... I tried to return and they told me that they could not... I spent all kinds of money with BB... No more!!!

Just go with LG

Screen kept going black for a few seconds every 15 minutes. Got the mother board replaced and still had the same issue. Also kept disconnecting from the internet, AND kept disconnecting from the sound bar. Really irritating.

Stay away from vizio

Cant make it thru a movie without at least 3 crashes. Has been repaired twice. Still same problems. Had heard decent things about vizio but boy were they off. Repair center is nice and responsive though.

VIZIO SUCKS!

Less then 2 years my M Series Quantum has a 8 inch pail brown horizontal spot on the left side of it. Stay away from ANY VIZIO television. LG, Samsung, & SONY are the ONLY manufactures that make a quality product.

This is the second Vizio M series in three years that has has backlight failures. Do not buy Vizio TVs, as they are clearly made to fail right out of warranty period. Lost a customer for life.

Will never buy a Vizio again! The tv has a problem with the main board it randomly turns flourescent colors and shuts itself off. Vizio would not warranty due to tv bought as return from best buy.
