Low quality TV

Not even two years and already we have a burned middle section on the screen. Additionally, at least one time per month this TV needs a system reboot or random apps (Netflix etc) are not responsive.

Turns On and Off Randomly

From day 1 the TV would turn on randomly and turn off randomly. Vizio customer support was less than helpful. Very disappointed because of the good reviews I had read on the TV, but just not what I was hoping for.

Randomly loses WiFi connection

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the top end modem WiFi combo CAX80 witch in only 20 feet away, and this TV keeps losing WiFi randomly every few hours, while other devices have no problems with the WiFi at all and my previous Samsung and Sony TVs worked fine.

Nice TV

Plugged it in connected my Ethernet and I was connected. It has a nice selection of apps. It had all the main ones like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. The sound is decent but would recommend a sound bar. Picture quality was really good. It took me several days of tinkering to get the picture I wanted. It’s a good tv for a bedroom or family room.

The manufacturer fixed it once, and then it broke again a year later. I’ll never buy a Vizio TV again, and this was one of few AWFUL Best Buy Experiences.

Nothing is more frustrating than setting up for a wall mount and then the piece of junk does't work. Now I have take it down, rebox it and return it. Sold a broken TV.

All the other managers on the floor are not helpful and refused to honor the return policy. Will never return to this location regardless.

Nothing but problems

When we did have volume the sound was horrible. We’ve called tech support and they were unable to help us. Very disappointed.

Worst TV I have ever bought

Gave me problems right away with turning in itself, freezing, not connecting to the internet

best 4k tv ever

Of all the different brands I have had, this vizio was the easiest to set up. I hooked up my xbox one-s and updated the tv and the xbox one s and after all was set up and done, I popped in a blu ray movie called speed racer and I almost had a heart attack from viewing the stunning picture in H.D.R. Speed racer blu ray and avatar blu ray are two of the most stunning blu ray movies with an amazing quality picture. With the 2019 model of this tv and the latest updates, my xbox one s advised me that hdr10 was available and to click apply to set the picture to h.d.r. 10. Viola, I broke down and cried looking at a stunning hit me in the face picture. Buy this tv. This is a must have.
