    How can it be this bad?!

    My Advice: RUN dont walk (away from this TV). I NEVER leave reviews (good or bad) but I had to here. This TV has been horrible since day 1. It is completely unresponsive ALL the time ( shuts off on its own, won't turn on, screen goes black) Apps take forever to load (we have good internet and a hard connection). Everything lags. Tried customer service and they hard me do a hard restart... ok fine fixed it.. except I am having to hard restart this tv multiple times a week! I regret not getting a samsung SO MUCH! I have no clue how this tv has such a high star rating -- its the worst I have even owned!

    Went against my better judgement

    This TV is NOT worth it. I went against my better judgement after reading the concerning yet cohesive low ratings and reviews for this TV. But my super high tech friend assured me "This was the TV to get" and "what is a couple bad reviews". Well I'm here to save you the trouble. I've had this TV for about a week now and the TV will turn on in the middle of the night by itself, it's slow to start up any of the apps and the sound will go out in the middle of a movie or show than I have to restart the TV. If I'm paying 600$ for a BRAND NEW TV I expect it to work without flaw. Save yourself the time and energy. Go with your gut. I will absolutely be returning this and going with a different brand.

    TV was great at first. Shortly after the 1-year warranty expired, LED backlight started failing causing multiple dim spots. Vizio would not help to fix. Would not recommend any Vizio product.

    We are so disappointed with this tv. We have had it a little over 3 months and we had to have geek squad out and they replaced the whole control panel. You can’t watch anything other then 4K and have a good picture. Any older movies that have a darker background the picture is so pixelated you can’t even see anything. We wish we would have purchased a Samsung tv instead.

    2 BROKEN TVS

    I am going to have to return my SECOND VIZIO TV. I bought my first one then after a week it would turn off by itself and sometimes wouldn’t turn back on unless I unplugged it. So I thought ok. I will just exchange it and get a new one. But my second one TURNS OFF TOO! I am going to return it or at least try to get a different 65” tv. Definitely not VIZIO

    LEDs gone bad

    As others stated after about a year or so the leds start to go bad. I now have 3 horizontal lines in the middle of the tv that are a brownish dark color. Very distracting especially with lighter scenes. Probably won’t but another Vizio after this problem.

    No Disney+ on Vizio TVs

    Vizio has no Disney+ App or any plans to add one soon. So if you are a Star Wars fan or have kids pick a different brand. Very disappointed. Incredibly poor planning. Disney+ was hardly a secret

      Hello Twingle, You can view Disney+ on this VIZIO SmartCast TV by 'Casting' the content from the Disney+ app on a compatible device. You can also use the AirPlay feature of your VIZIO TV with an iOS device running iOS12.3 or later or a Mac device running 10.14.5 or later. VIZIO
