    Because of wife issues with back door or door opening on wrong side with it being difficult and awkward for loading Became less a problem

    We have had this dryer now for 3 months - I do approximately 3 loads of laundry every day for a family of 5. The sensor for drying is the poorest i have every purchased. I have not had one load finish completely without me starting another "timed" cycle. I would NOT recommend this dryer. I have purchased whirlpools in the past - this is definitely on the cheaper end.

    Is very bad material the door is very sensitive I And hurt to open and close. Fry the clothes well but bad material

    Not a quality dryer

    This product looks cheap and does not work well at all. Days after getting it, the "buttons" on the top of the dryer looked like they were 10+ years old. There is a plastic film over them that bubbled up immediately. And if you don't hold the start button down for the exact amount of time, it doesn't start. I have only had this for a year, and am getting rid of it already. Do NOT recommend

    Love it. Use the sensory dry setting all the time. It was recommended to me by my appliance guy, and he was certainly right.

    Don’t use Best Buy for Dryers

    Dryer delivered damaged. Delivery team very nice and called in damage, then received email it would be several weeks for replacement, I called and got it moved up. Same delivery team arrives, another damaged dryer. He calls in again, we call and again told several weeks wait. All along the way we were told we would receive compensation/discount for our poor service from Best Buy. None so far. Best Buy = 1 star, delivery team = 5 stars, dryer =3.5 stars after finally received

    Wife is not complaining so product is great! Plus lovebthe black sleek look. I've always had a white washer and dryer. I always do a double take when i walk by!

    Doesn’t dry clothes good the first time and sometimes even the second time even when on the highest heat setting. The lint trap is locating on top the dryer, vs inside the drum on my former dryer, which spreads the lint particles everywhere when pulling it out to clean it. The door is hard to open and has to be slammed hard to shut.

    This item was delivered, but never hooked up to use it. The delivery guys, just dropped off the dryer and walked away. After contacting the store for days to fix this problem. The store never followed up to fixed this problem. Still waiting for a resolution!!

    Moisture Sensor?

    It claims to have a moisture sensor. However, unless it is a small load or very light fabric we almost always have to run the cycle 2 times or do a timed dry for 90 minutes The LG Dryer I replaced after 17 years only had sensor issues after 15 years
